Meet one of our garden champions
Meet Errol
Errol has been a devoted volunteer at the Lincoln Envirotown Community Garden for several years now. His wife Ruth plays a key role as the garden coordinator.
Each week, Errol joins a group of volunteers to help plant, harvest, and maintain the crops in the garden, located behind an old maternity hospital near the centre of Lincoln.
Errol can often be found working in the garden, doing anything from pruning and planting and turning compost through to weeding and putting the kettle on for a cuppa.
Every garden needs an Errol.
